Automotive Technician (Full-Time) 8-5PM, Weekends Off – Blanco, TX

At Express Automotive Service, we work hard Monday–Friday (8–5) and keep evenings and weekends for family. We’re a small, purpose-driven shop where teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning matter.

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a supportive team.

We offer the following:

$23-$38/hr. modified flag (based on experience & certifications)
Monday- Friday 8-5PM, no nights or weekends
Paid holidays, including Christmas week

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of professional automotive technician experience
ASE certification (or willingness to earn)
Valid driver’s license
Own tools
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Dependable, honest, and team-oriented

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
Perform inspections and document findings using DVI (Tekmetric)
Communicate clearly with the team about needed repairs
Complete repairs to professional standards
Test drive vehicles to ensure quality work
Maintain a consistent, productive workflow (typical goal: 6+ billed hours/day)

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50-100 lbs. when needed
Stand, bend, kneel, and work under vehicles regularly
Operate tools and equipment safely
Ability to road test vehicles (manual transmission a plus)
